Account deletion

In the app

1. Open the By1Market app and go to the Account tab.
2. Tap Delete account and confirm.

If an order is still on its way, it must be delivered first; orders not yet accepted are cancelled automatically.

If you cannot use the app

From your account's email address, send an email with the subject "Account deletion request" to gizlilik@by1market.com. After verifying your identity we delete your account within 30 days.

What is deleted and what is kept

• Deleted: your email address, name, phone number, saved addresses, favourites, contact details on orders, and address and order notes.
• Kept anonymously: amounts and items of past orders (for the statutory retention period) and your reviews; they can no longer be linked to you.
• Backups: removed automatically from encrypted backups within 30 days.
